A fixed price for the assignment is agreed upon, the amount of which depends, among other things, on the nature, complexity, duration and possibly travel and accommodation costs.

The client will only owe the fee after the delivered images and/or other media have been accepted in writing (by e-mail) by the client.
The images provided are license-free (in case of acceptance and payment)
if the client does not accept the results, the payment obligation will expire.
In that case, the photographer retains all copyrights and the client may not use the images in any way. The latter is seen as a copyright infringement.
important aspects: insurance, safety, etc
The photographer's professional business liability insurance, that provides cover for damage to goods or persons caused during the execution of the work in an industrial environment. The liability of the photographer is limited to the amount paid out by this insurance, or to the agreed invoice amount.

In The Netherlands, this is required by law to access most industrial working locations.
